How much difference will it make?

How much difference will it make??

Conquering Chronic Pain From in the comfort of your own home.

We all have physical pain at one time or another. Hell, many of us have
pain everyday of our lives and we just learn to deal with it.
Traditionally, people pop Advil, Aleve, or other over the counter meds
to manage their pain and leave it at that.

The Power of One

Sometimes it only takes one instant, or one moment to change things:

UNBREAKABLE - From Zero to Hero

Posted on 03 June 2009

"Keith,
Thanks for all of your help this past year! I still can't believe that
I was able to deadlift 415 pounds without any pain in my lower back. I
feel awesome now. If you would have told me a year ago that I would be
able to do this, I would have thought you [...]

A few years ago I was asked by Alwyn Cosgrove if I would contribute an
article for a very special project that he was working on. You see,
Alwyn is a two-time cancer survivor and wanted to do something to help
fight this awful disease. "AC" has gotten together over [...]

Ask Keith - Shin Splints

Ask Keith - Shin Splints

"Keith, I am a runner and have been suffering from really painful shin
splints lately. I am training for a ½ marathon and the pain is starting
to slow me down a lot. I bought your Unbreakable Book a few months ago
because of lower back and knee pain. I am thrilled to say that both of
those issues are gone now. However, is there anything you can recommend
for shin splints? I know I cant be the only person that is suffering
from these, so maybe an article or even a future book on how to deal
with them would be great (I would be your first customer!) Thanks for
any advice you can give me Keith. (more...)
Ask Keith - How to do shoulder work when you have shoulder problems.

Keith,

I have been dealing with shoulder problems for the last couple of
years. When I do your soft-tissue work from Unbreakable, they feel much
better. However, once I start working out and doing the upper body
work, I get some of the pain back again. I am wondering if I need to
back off of doing things with my shoulders for a while r if there is
anything else you can recommend. The good news is that my shoulders are
MUCH better then they have been in 2 years since doing the Unbreakable
program and I owe you so much thanks for that. (more...)
Ask Keith: Training with lumbar Disc Herniation

Ask Keith:

Keith, I have been suffering from a lower back injury for quite some
time now and since I have been using the program from your book on the
low back and hips, things have been getting better. However, I really
want to push myself and be able to do what I used to do in the gym. I
know I need to keep following the program and that will eventually get
me better, but in the meantime, is there anything you can recommend
that I can do to either speed up the process or other some things that
I can do to get stronger without making things worse. (more...)

The Importance of the Warm Up

The Importance of the Warm Up

Warming up properly is just as important, or maybe more important for
many people then doing anything else. In fact, many people are injured
or living with pain because they didn't have a proper warm up. It may
be hard to prove, but my experience in treating people with injuries
for the past 18 years, I would have to say that many of them were
injured because they did not have a good and proper warm up routine.
The "Process" of rehabilitating an injury

I get asked questions a lot like... "how long will it take for this
problem to go away" or "Will I be able to do such and such after I
finish doing your plug-ins?" (more...)
Elbow Pain, Triceps Tendinosis.

I get emails a lot about bad lower backs, sore knees, and hurt
shoulders. Those are the "big three" as I like to call them concerning
common injuries that I see and hear about. There is no doubt that those
three areas are what most people deal with and what I have helped
people with the most.

However, there are some other areas of the body that I get a lot of
questions about and today, I am going to talk a little about the elbow,
in particular elbow pain. (more...)
